4.5-magnitude earthquake occurred in northern Italy

Earthquake of magnitude 4.5 occurred on Saturday morning in northern Italy in the Veneto and Friuli-Venezia Giulia, the agency Agi.

Quake was recorded by seismologists National Institute of Geophysics and Volcanology in Italy 04.04 local time on Saturday (06.04 MSK). Its epicenter was at a depth of 7.1 kilometers far from the town Klaut, located in the Friuli-Venezia Giulia.

Many residents of the settlements where there is oscillations of the earth's crust, in fear running out into the street. No injuries or damage were reported.

Earthquake of magnitude 4.5 was recorded in Italy on June 6. Its epicenter was located in the Adriatic Sea near the Italian city of Ravenna, located in the region of Emilia-Romagna, where the tremors of varying strength does not stop for almost three weeks.

A strong earthquake of magnitude 6.0 occurred in the Emilia-Romagna on May 20. Nine days later, on May 29, there was another earthquake, whose magnitude was 5.8. As a result of these natural disasters destroyed hundreds of houses, buildings and monuments, mostly church. The total death toll reached 26 people, 400 people were injured and nearly 15,000 Italians were left homeless.
