The group of eight-legged variety voracious wolves wandering the Scottish countryside in search of food. Wolf spiders have been seen in the reserve Abernathy. It is believed that these members of the species Pardosa lugubris — first found in Scotland. These spiders hunt, naskakivaya their prey and devour it on the spot, rather than trapping system network. And they eat even smaller spiders, hence the name "wolves".

These spiders love to run in the sun or on the edge of the forest. The length of their body up to five centimeters, the magnitude of the feet — from one to one and a half centimeters. In other parts of the UK, they have been seen before.
