Serbia, as well as neighboring Macedonia, is dominated by the torrential rains that poured non-stop for more than a day. During this time, the amount of precipitation was about 64 liters per m2. In the south, several rivers burst their banks, flooding the surrounding area. Several Serbian villages evacuated urgently.
The water level in the river rose above normal Moravita in 4 places, the level of drainage channels running parallel to the river Pchinja upgraded to a critical point in 3 locations. In general, the flooded Serbian regions have the same difficulties as the neighboring Macedonians, that is, have problems with access to clean drinking water, the movement of the flooded roads.
