Landslide in Shaanxi province in China has led to victims

BEIJING, Sept. 22 — RIA Novosti, Vasily Kashin. Rainfall caused landslides killed more than 30 people in north-western Chinese province of Shaanxi, Xinhua News Agency reported, citing local authorities.

On Saturday a landslide fell on a ceramic factory in Batsyao — a suburb of the provincial capital Xi'an. Rescue operations continued without interruption until the morning of Thursday, more than 700 rescuers dug 280,000 cubic meters of earth in search of people buried under a landslide. Established as a result of the final rescue of fatalities was 32 people.
