Table I Precursors turnover in the Russian Federation and is limited in respect of which a special control measures:

  • N-methylephedrine 10% concentration or more.

Notes.

1. Control extends to all the tools and material contained in this list, no matter what brand names (synonyms), they were not shown.

2. The control also applies to preparations containing drugs and substances specified in this list, regardless of the number of components and the presence of neutral (water, starch, sugar, sodium bicarbonate, talc, etc.). With respect to the combined drugs containing, besides the basic of a controlled substance, other pharmacologically active components, controls set individually by the inclusion of a combined drug in the corresponding list of this list.

3. Transit through the territory of the Russian Federation in narcotic drugs, psychotropic substances and their precursors are included in this list is prohibited.
