(MCL). The total budget of the project amounts to 868 million rubles, including co-financing RUSNANO of 120 million rubles.
Project is based on patented technology ALOX ™ Israeli company MCL. Pads made with this technology and consist of two main parts: the conductive layers of aluminum and / or copper and the dielectric material having a nanoporous structure. It defines a significant competitive advantage substrates in general, compared with substrates created by traditional technology.
The company will initially produce 10,000 panels per month, which will allow, for example, produce more than a million LED lamps.
The designed capacity is planned for 2015. Total revenue of the company at this point is 2 796 million rubles, and performance — more than 70,000 panels per month. The main products of the project are the boards used for mounting electronic devices (72% of revenue in 2015), and the LED modules (28% of revenue in 2015). These figures allow the company to take the deadline of 2 to 4% of the world market.
Boards produced by technology ALOX, successfully passed the tests, in particular, thermal reliability tests. Production design is superior substitute products on basic consumer characteristics (thermal conductivity — a hundred times, for the price — by 20-30%, in terms of reliability — two orders of magnitude) and is currently being considered by the use of the world's leading players in the LED market.
