In 2012, at the Omsk refinery was commissioned complex hydroforming of motor fuels, comprising a hydrotreating catalytic cracking gasoline and diesel hydrotreating unit.
This allowed the plant to completely switch to production of high-octane gasoline 4 and 5 environmental grades, and begin production of diesel Class 4 and 5. Until 2020, will be upgraded 6 existing and commissioned 8 new production facilities. The program provides for the modernization of the enterprise development process unit CT-1/1, the launch of a new coke plant of distillation column with a separation of gas condensate.

It is planned to implement and other industrial projects that will improve the quality of oil products, reduce labor and energy costs for production.
