Typhoon Nisat burst into Vietnam at a speed of 117 kilometers per hour

Approximately 20,000 residents of North Vietnam evacuated to safer areas due to the raging typhoon "Nisat."
The disaster has already caused the deaths of several hundred people in the Philippines and in China. After reaching the coast of Vietnam, its capacity has dropped to a tropical storm. However, the wind speed was 117 kilometers per hour.
The government has had time to warn of impending landslides and floods, and the population of the northern territories to move to safer places in Vietnam.
