In the north-west of China earthquake

In Uygursom Xinjiang Autonomous Region (XUAR) in northwest China's 4.6 magnitude earthquake. As reported by China Radio, an earthquake was recorded seismic service late Thursday night in the county Kepin.

Tremors felt Kepin county residents, and Wenxiu Aouate. According to incoming reports, the earthquake did not lead to destruction, but at the time of tremor for a few minutes is not working mobile communication. Casualty data have also been reported, according to ITAR-TASS.


Also today, an earthquake of magnitude 5.2 occurred in the Pacific Ocean off the east coast of Kamchatka. No casualties or damage, no tsunami threat. The epicenter was located about 200 miles east of Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky. Hearth lies at a depth of about 16 km under the sea.
