Mudslides rush on Brazilian cities, washing away everything in its path

Powerful mudslides came down to three Brazilian cities in the mountainous part of the state of Rio de Janeiro, according to the Associated Press.

According to the local civil defense, as a result of natural disasters have killed at least 267 people. Over two thousand people were left homeless.

In clearing blockages involved 800 men teams of civil defense and specialized rescue squad, who took part in the aftermath of the earthquake in Haiti. Victims temporarily housed in school buildings and areas covered stadiums.

According to weather forecasts, in the next few days expect new showers.
