New York has covered shadow Day After Tomorrow

This winter is beyond the scope of long-term climate change for New York. In December and the last period January snowstorms occurred six times, but usually 1-2 times a season. Snow was a problem for the residents and the public utilities. Because of the rarity of the event, motorists not "change shoes" of the machine, and road services do not have sufficient resources. As a result, the streets of the metropolis are not taken out the garbage, and the ambulance stalled in snowdrifts.
