PJSC Torch made the automated gas distribution station for Ukrtransgas

September 5, 2013 on the basis of the gas distribution station "Perejaslav Khmelnitsky" started acceptance testing automated gas distribution station capacity of 30 thousand m3 "AGDS-30 Impulse."

AGDS-30 was developed by PJSC "TORCH" on the instructions of PJSC "Ukrtransgaz" in the framework of the research project.

As the Chairman of the Board of PJSC "Ukrtransgaz" Sergei Vinokurov — "The main objective of development — creation of technological equipment that meets the latest international requirements for safety and security. In 2010 Ukrtransgas developed the concept of a new automatic stations. Since it was necessary to conduct a large-scale modernization of stations all over Ukraine. In 2010, on the basis of this concept was developed specifications and a contract with the factory "Torch".

"The distinguishing feature of this plant is that it is made in the form of separate units, which are installed and provide full reliability and reduces gas emissions into the atmosphere and the installation of such a station directly to the GDS 'Perejaslav Khmelnitsky" was produced within 10 days. This takes you to the modernization of the system, which we will start from next year ", — said Sergey Vinokurov.

"The widespread use of such AGDS will PJSC" Ukrtransgaz "optimize operational costs, increase control over the process at GDS accelerate the pace of modernization of the existing GDS, as well as new construction," — commented Chief Engineer of PJSC "Ukrtransgaz" Igor Lohman.

Recall that the contract provides for the development of automated block GDS output of 5, 10 and 30 thousand cubic meters per hour.

During the development phase samples were taken into account the experience of leading European and international manufacturers of such products, as well as its own operating experience with the harmonization of European environmental and health standards, increased demands for integration of gas.
