Seismologists predict a repeat of a strong earthquake in Japan

Russian seismologists predict recurrence of a major earthquake and tsunami in Japan, "Interfax — The Far East."

"Possible second major boost magnitude from 7.5 to 8.5. This push can cause tsunami, so we must be prepared for this event," — quoted by Head of Laboratory Sciences Seismology Institution "Institute of Marine Geology and Geophysics", Doctor of Physics and Mathematical Sciences Ivan Tikhonov.

According to scientists, the epicenter of the quake, may be behind the deep trough about 200 km east of the epicenter megazemletryaseniya, which occurred March 11, 2011.
