The first of a new cement plant

The new high-tech factory "EUROCEMENT group" in the settlement Podgorensky Voronezh region has shipped the first batch of products to consumers.

After the release of the enterprise at full capacity at the end of the second quarter of 2013, the total supply of cement consumers will reach 300 tons per month.

Shipment grade cement CEM I 42,5 H (PC 500 D0) is carried out in bulk and in paper sandwich bags of 50 kg. Full automation of the whole process of cement shipment, implemented at the plant, allows consumers to save time. The equipment records and performs predetermined weigher command to load the required number of tons. For the convenience of the service is also provided for the delivery of cement to the point of unloading bulk and containers.

The company's products are designed for housing, infrastructure and industrial construction, meets all regulatory requirements. In particular, the Portland cement CEM I 42,5 H, manufactured at the plant, has been certified for compliance with regulatory requirements of GOST 31108-2003 and GOST 30515-97. It is also important to note that the April 10, 2012 by an accredited testing laboratory center branch FBUZ "Center for Hygiene and Epidemic in the Voronezh region" was issued by the protocol of radiological tests, confirming the safe use of products manufactured by the enterprise. Quality control is carried out at the enterprise at all stages of production, including the use of robotic laboratory equipment.

In the future range of products manufactured by the new high-tech "EUROCEMENT group", will be extended full production capacity, the output of which is scheduled at the end of the second quarter of 2013, will be 3 million tons of cement per year. The new plant "EUROCEMENT group" will provide a high-quality cement construction sites not only of the Voronezh region, but other regions of Russia, as well as neighboring countries.

At the same time the plant meets the highest environmental standards — industrial emissions are reduced by a factor of 2.5 compared with normative values.

Background information about the plant
