The park is confined directly to the two memorials — the 20th anniversary of the withdrawal of the 104th Airborne Division from Azerbaijan in Ulyanovsk and the 15th anniversary of the 31st Airborne Brigade.
The main event of the program was the unveiling of a monument to Vasily Margelov Philippovich installed in the central area of the park. The monument was opened sons commander — Colonel-General Vitaly Margelov and reserve colonel Alexander Margelov.
