More than two million people in India have left their homes due to flooding caused by heavy rains in three states: Orissa, Uttar Pradesh and Bihar.

More than 80 people were killed in floods and landslides. In Uttar Pradesh, rainfall was so strong that the substitution of one of the houses, which collapsed as a result, burying 18 people. In Bihar, a state of emergency due to a shortage of food.
