Fire fighting simulator Superjet 100 in Venice, received EASA certification

Fire fighting simulator (FFS) Sukhoi Superjet 100, set in an international training center in Venice, received a certificate of EASA, the company said Superjet International.

Assigned to Level D simulator certification in accordance with EASA-FSTD A. Registration number IT-069.

Reportedly, this is the first simulator of the Russian civil aircraft which the certificate was issued EASA. The simulator was put into a training center Superjet International in December 2012

At the end of February to training on the new simulator will start personnel Mexican airline Interjet. As expected, the Spring Airlines will receive the first liner.

Sukhoi Superjet 100 — short-haul aircraft, designed and manufactured by JSC "Sukhoi Civil Aircraft".

Superjet International, a joint venture between Alenia Aeronautica (51%, Italy) and the company "Sukhoi" (49%), provides marketing, sales, customization and delivery of Sukhoi Superjet 100 in Europe, North and South Americas, Oceania, Africa, and Japan. In addition, the responsibility of the Company include the preparation and post-sales support worldwide, as well as the design and development of VIP and cargo variants. The company also provides training for cabin crew and ground staff.
