U.S. Navy ordered another batch of missiles Tomahawk

U.S. Navy December 17 concluded a supplementary agreement to the basic contract with Raytheon Company for the supply of cruise missiles Tomahawk Block IV, said the official web site of the South American Defense Ministry.

In accordance with an additional agreement in the amount of 254.63 million dollars the company must deliver 252 missiles, of which 132 — variant VLS (Vertical Launch System) — for surface ships and 120 — variant CLS (Capsule Launch System) — for submarines.

Deliveries should be completed by August 2015.
