The project involves the construction of Peninsula State University (Perevoznaya) of a liquefied natural gas, consisting of three production lines with capacity of 5 million tons of LNG per year. The first line will be introduced in 2018.
The resource base for the plant will be gas Sakhalin gas production center, and the center of Irkutsk and Yakutsk. The target markets include countries in the Asia-Pacific region.
The Management Board of OAO "Gazprom" approved "Justification of investments in the construction of the LNG plant near Vladivostok." Justification of investments will be the basis for the development of project documentation.
