Azov-Black Sea Basin Branch of FSUE "Rosmorport" was commissioned multi-purpose boat, "Bora" MRV14 project, built on the Moscow Shipyard commissioned by the company.

 

This multi-purpose boat will be used by the Azov-Black Sea Basin Branch of FSUE "Rosmorport" for:
— delivery of crew members and representatives of the state commissions on the court, standing on the roads in the sea port of Novorossiysk;
— delivery and removal of the branch pilots from ships, as well as to support the pilotage of vessels proceeding to sea port of Novorossiysk;
— prompt and effective monitoring by the shipping lanes on the approaches to the seaport of Novorossiysk;
— transporting cargo weighing up to 500 kg,
and for other purposes as a traveling vessel.

"Bora" — multi-purpose boat MRV14 project, named by analogy with the name of a strong north-easterly wind directions — frequent weather events in the sea port of Novorossiysk.

Multi-purpose boat MRV14 project — a modern, powerful, cost-effective, high-speed and highly maneuverable boat, which is a synthesis of contemporary design and design solutions and innovative construction techniques. Multi-purpose boat is equipped with the latest propulsion unit Volvo Penta IPS 450. With the help of dynamic positioning systems can save the preset position boats for rescue operations in adverse weather conditions (wind, waves, currents). In comparison with similar products in its class, running the IPS system adds 20% to the maximum speed, 15% faster acceleration and it allows you to save up to 30% fuel.
