7.05.12.Kishechnye gases huge dinosaur that lived 150 million years ago, could lead to climate change, according to scientists at Liverpool John Moores University.
Bacteria, leading to the formation of methane, the organisms used in the sauropod dinosaurs of processing of plant foods, scientists say.
Together, these large animals other than long necks and tails, produce enough methane to affect the Earth's climate in the Mesozoic era. For example, the weight of Diplodocus, one of the largest species of dinosaurs that were part of a group of sauropods, reached 150 tons.
Scientists have calculated that the total emission of gases was approximately equal to 472 tons per year, leading to a warming climate.
