«Raytheon» DELIVER 134 RADAR RACR AFAR for South Korean F-16

April 10 Raytheon Company announced that South Korea elected in the radar RACR (Raytheon Advanced Combat Radar) to upgrade its own fleet of fighter aircraft KF-16C / D Block 52 Fighting Falcon.
 
«This victory ensures combat aircraft KF-16 Republic of Korea remain burning in the criteria constantly changing external threats and to build on our tradition of providing advanced capabilities to the armed forces of global allies,» said Jussi Rick (Rick Yuse), president of aviation and of cosmic systems Raytheon.
 
After final approval by the U.S. government, «Raytheon» put 134 RACR radar with active phased array antenna. Deliveries are expected to begin in late 2016.
