18-20.09 in Petersburg hosts the 12th International Energy Forum

The Forum is held in 1999 at the initiative of the Government of Russia and OAO "Gazprom" and is included in the priority list of activities supported by the Ministry of Energy of the Russian Federation, the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment of the Russian Federation and the Administration of St. Petersburg.

At the moment, the Forum is one of the largest industry events in Russia and includes a series of thematic exhibitions and conferences covering all aspects of the energy industry. The annual meeting of industry experts at the forum to address the most pressing challenges and showcase the latest technologies and developments already become traditional. The scientific and practical value of exhibitions and conferences supported by the constant composition of the participants — representatives of domestic and foreign companies, research and design institutes.

Forum will Plenary meeting, which will be affected by the development of global and Russian power in the XXI century, the balance of power in the world and regions, the use of alternative energy sources, energy conservation, and the place of Russia in the global energy sector.
