Aerobatic team Russian Knights flew to India

February 2 aerobatic team "Russian Knights" (Kubinka, Moscow reg.) National Center for training of aviation personnel and military trials flew to India to participate in the 9th International Air Show "Aero India 2013". This is the first performance of the famous aerobatic team in the Republic of India.
Five Su-27 aircraft, led by leader of IL-76 flight from Kubinka — Chelyabinsk — Kant — Delhi — Bangalore. Arriving in India is planned on February 3.
Performances aerobatic team "Russian Knights" with demonstration flights will be held from 6 to 10 February. 10 scheduled air shows.

In the sky of India pilots demonstrate the individual, group and counter aerobatics led by commander aerobatic team colonel Andrei Alexeev. The highlight of the program will be two elements of Aerobatic: simultaneous execution of a pair of fighter aircraft aerobatics "bell" and turn building a "diamond" on the operation of the engines "full afterburner."
The return flight group home planned on February 14.

Today, "Russian Knights" has been and remains one of the top aerobatic teams in the world, performing the single and group aerobatics of four, six and nine combat aircraft for heavy Su-27, and are the hallmark of the Air Forces of Russia.

Aerobatic team at air shows and the world’s largest air show in Austria, the Kingdom of Bahrain, Belgium, Germany, Italy, Canada, China, Luxembourg, Malaysia, Netherlands, Norway, Slovakia, the USA, Finland, France, Sweden, have been demonstrated superior airmanship and the latest achievements of the Russian aircraft.

In August 2012 the pilots took part in the International air show, dedicated to the 100th anniversary of the establishment of the Russian Air Force at the airfield Ramenskoye.
In April of this year aerobatic team "Russian Knights" will celebrate the 22 th anniversary of the formation.
