Planetary Mills — new possibilities of nanotechnology

The "activation" (2004-2007 biennium) has caused great interest of European research groups and companies. A project dedicated to grinding hard metal, ceramic and composite materials in high-energy planetary mills, brought together 12 organizations from 7 European countries (Russia, England, Germany, Spain, Greece, Poland, Turkey), including 4 universities, research centers and 2 6 companies, including HDT and European aerospace corporation EADS (Germany).
