Aryan Brotherhood was founded in 1964 in San Quentin prison. Initially operated only in prisons, gradually became involved in the criminal business at large. Members of the group may be just white. Wages war with blacks, Hispanics and Asians. Maintains ties with the Italian Mafia. Alliance with other white prison gangs such as the Nazi Lowriders, Public Enemy No.1 and European Kindred, as well as with the Mexican Mafia (La Eme). According to FBI estimates, members of the group are about 15 000 people. Gang members make up about 1% of all prisoners, but commit 26% of crimes. Loud trial of the leaders of the AB in 2002, which was presented as the defeat of groups, however, ended with the leaders of the factions Barry Mills and Tyler Bingham, accused of 32 murders, is still alive.
