At Orenburg Radiator Company introduced the technology of manufacturing

On the "Orenburg Radiator" (machine-building enterprise UMMC) has implemented a new technology of tin-lead solder. Production is carried out at the modern and high-tech equipment «Hydron Unipress» (Poland). Work on installation of equipment and training of the new site made by experts of the supplier. The cost of the project amounted to 9,905 million rubles.
 

Technological line of a new manufacturing unit includes an electric system with automatic temperature control, automatic press hot-extruded (technology of production by forcing the molten material through the forming hole), and the installation of an automatic rolling machine for continuous casting rod. One of the main features of the new equipment is low levels of noise and heat.

When making solders are loaded into the oven tin and lead-antimony alloy. Using the pump, the solder is supplied in a continuous casting machine where the produced cylinder 72 mm in diameter. The cylinders are loaded to a press apparatus for hot extrusion with the use of a rolling mechanism and manufactured wire rod diameters ranging from 8 mm to 3 mm.

As theExecutive Director Alexander Kornev, tin-lead solder is used for tinning radiator cooling tubes, soldering base plates and radiator tank as "Orenburg heat sink" and to "Shadrinsk avtoagregatnom factory." Launch of the new manufacturing site will greatly enhance the quality of the radiator through the use of solder self-produced brands POSS-18, 25, 30, 35, 40, 61 and the other in full compliance with the requirements of GOST.

Due to the changing chemical and physical properties of solder, soldering temperature dropped radiators, reducing energy costs. A total of 2013 on the new equipment is planned to produce more than 600 tons of solder from further access to the volume of its production to 1,000 tons per year.
