At the moment, completed the construction of the production building and department silos. Delivered about 90% of the main process equipment company ESOPP Technologies, France. The work on the construction of floors and foundations in the area of the main technological equipment.

In parallel, work is underway on the installation of auxiliary equipment and engineering systems: completed installation of storage equipment, made installation of 2 overhead cranes industrial zone, has completed the installation and commissioning commenced on power power equipment. The total number of workers at the construction site at the moment — 370 people.

Start of production of biaxially oriented polypropylene (BOPP) film is scheduled for 2013. Cost 2.4 billion rubles. The proposed design capacity of BOPP film on the site of the Tomsk 38 thousand tons per year. Production is located at the site "Tomskneftekhim" acting supplier of raw materials — polypropylene.

Currently started recruiting specialists to work on a new production. At the time of starting the facility planned to be used in the production of more 160 employees various specialties.

Production of BOPP film in Tomsk will meet the needs of markets Siberian, Ural federal districts, Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan.
