Podmoskovnie businesses in the first quarter significantly increased the production of confectionery, dairy products and frozen vegetables.

The volume of production of cream increased in the region of 6.3%, cottage cheese — by 35.5%, mass of curd — by 19.9%, sour — by 49.5%, condensed milk — by 86.3%.

According to the ministry, active demand among the suburbs began to use peeled and frozen vegetable products. "In this regard, the volume of production of processed and preserved potatoes rose by 50.3%, and frozen fruit and vegetable products — by 33.3%," — said in a statement.

Also that the reconstruction of the production and release of new products bakeries in the region has allowed them to increase production by 23.9%.
