Commonwealth Kaliningrad region, has acquired 100 percent of the shares «Lider Armazens Gerais SA».

«Lider» is the largest private Brazilian company engaged in the storage and handling of grain, which owns 15 grain elevators located in the fastest growing agricultural regions of Brazil.
All warehouses are leased largest agro-industrial companies, including the "Community", on the basis of long-term agreements. «Lider» owns two transshipment terminals in Minas Gerais and Tocantins.
The activities of «Lider» will be integrated into «Carol-Sodru SA», a joint venture between GC "Commonwealth" and «CAROL», already operates 14 grain elevators in the States of São Paulo, Goiás and Minas Gerais.

Acquisition «Lider» will increase the storage capacity of their own "Community" from the existing 600,000 tons to 900,000 tons in Sao Paulo, Minas Gerais and Goias, thereby improving the quality of services to agricultural operators in Brazil in these key regions.
There will also be utilized storage terminals, while increasing crop creates more and more difficulty in transporting grain and delivering it directly to the consumer
