Defense declassified the new Russian tank T-90AM

"Uralvagonzavod" will introduce a new generation tank T-90AM the exhibition of arms, which will be held Nizhny Tagil in the first half of September 2011. This RIA Novosti reported with reference to the press service of the company. Agency URA.RU writes that the new model is a modified version of the T-90 tank.

According to the general director of "Uralvagonzavod" Oleg Sienko, the Defense Ministry declassify a new car and has "agreed to the appearance of the passport." General Director of "Uralvagonzavod" said that at the meeting held on 8 December 2009, the military voiced a number of criticisms of the T-90AM. Sienko also said that "Uralvagonzavod" plans to continue the modernization of its other cars, the T-95, though the Ministry of Defense in the development of the project is not interested. However, Sienko said that continues to see in this machine "more positive than negative."
