For several years the government level, intensive work, the aim of which is to simplify the maximum functioning of state institutions. One of the intermediate results of this work was the adoption in 2002 of the federal target program "Electronic Russia" mandating the transition to electronic document. In particular, the program was considered the initiative as a paper school classroom to the electronic journal, the main advantages are automated monitoring of student achievement, the ability to provide timely information on Accumulation estimates of the subjects, and, very importantly, data protection against distortion.

Today we can talk about the first positive results of the implementation Dnevnik.ru in a number of regions of the Russian Federation. For example, Astrakhan school connected to the electronic magazine in April 2012. This provoked a lively response of teachers. "The work will greatly facilitate the teacher — sure, a teacher of Russian language and literature kirpichnozavodskoy secondary school, Elena Kovalev. — Previously, you had to do double duty and fill out paper and electronic journals, and now only one magazine. Time teachers, which is so enough saved. "
— Saving paper-based information into the classroom / school has made: in class — 72%, at school — 60%;
— Save time teacher on the accounts is 55%;
— Improving attendance (truancy reduction level): 30%;
— Improving student performance — 25%.
According to the poll, which was conducted Dnevnik.ru in the region, the ratio of teachers to the project: a generally positive — 67% Neutral — 28%, negative — 5%.
The survey directly on the experiment to abolish class paper logs revealed the following opinions: positive — 89% (teachers do not have to lead a double job of scoring in the magazine), neutral — 11% (those teachers who do not wish to be improved in terms of information). Thus, the rejection of the paper classroom magazines and the transition to an electronic analog allows us to solve a number of important objectives: increase the efficiency of warning parents about the child’s performance, saves time teachers, simplifies the work of class teachers.
What, therefore, enhances the quality of education.
