E4 Group built the first store spent nuclear fuel in Zheleznogorsk

E4 Group completed the construction of the first phase of a unique "dry" storage facility for spent nuclear fuel (ISF) in the city of Zheleznogorsk (Krasnoyarsk Territory). Customer erection ISF — State Corporation "Rosatom".

ISF consists of two parts — storage of spent nuclear fuel and zapenalivaniya — and be able to accommodate 38,000 tons of spent fuel from RBMK and VVER reactors, the main types of reactors used today for Russian nuclear power plants.
