Pilot regions involved

Ministry of Public Health published a report on the implementation of a unified health system (EGIS-Zdrav) in the pilot regions as of April 12. Recall that recently the number of such regions was reduced, the government commission removed from the list of Ivanovo Oblast and the Republic of Sakha, while adding the Amur region. The report provides data on actual pilot subjects.

In addition to the organizational part of the project (the appointment of officers, adoption of graphs, the choice of institutions for automation, etc.), which all the States according to the ministry almost finished, the report says, and the monitoring of technical works. They can be divided into three parts: the choice of data centers, the installation jobs in the pilot sites, and finally, the creation of secure networks.

Federal Office calculates the integral index to take action, according to which the most behind the Stavropol Territory and the Amur region. Fully chart you can see above.

The five regions are known for data center operators that host EGIS-health. A commercial area in "Rostelecom" decided to give the data Stavropol region. In the Trans-Baikal region, Volgograd, Omsk and Belgorod regions operators are specialized regional state agencies (listed in the table below). The two remaining data on operators with the Ministry of Health no.

The largest number of jobs found in the pilot facilities of the Belgorod region (251), down the number of connected computers is Omsk region (200). Most small segments deployed in the Stavropol region, and the Sverdlovsk region (30 jobs).

Hardware and software to create a secure network segment in all pilots but later joined the Amur region, has been established. Also, the network is not yet ready for use in the Stavropol region.

Will the competition

Previously, Andrew Guselnikov warned non-pilot regions "of premature action for building or upgrading of MIS as No additional funds to integrate with federal services provided. " Market participants surveyed by CNews, believe that this delay will not allow the Ministry of Health to meet the claimed time and weaken the competition between the players, specializing in the development of information systems of this kind.

Andrew Guselnikov insists that no preferential treatment to anyone not created: "Make everything as publicly warn against any action shady characters who run the market, and for a" small percentage "promise MIS developers to integrate with federal services."

Infrastructure of the region did not forbid anyone to build, says Deputy Minister: "I nepiloty warned against hasty action is to build MIS." The cost of MIS "obviously is not a significant part of the costs for information technology," he adds.

At the same time Guselnikov "based on the experience of implementing such large-scale projects" does not exclude that part of the "Finalize the action" may be displaced at the beginning of 2013
