European Youth Championship in Athletics Team Russia won the I place

Having won 21 medals, including 10 gold, Team Russia won the team competition in the non-European Youth Championship, which ended last Sunday in Ostrava (Czech Republic).

The winners of medals the Russians were:

"Gold"Olga Topilskaya (400m, 4x400m), Elena Arzhakova (800, 1500), women’s relay team (4x400m), Sergei Shubenkov (110 m / w), Alexander Men’kov (long jump), Darya Klishina (jump length), Eugene block (shot put), Tatiana Mineeva (20 km / x), Petr Bogatyrev (20 km / x)
"Silver"Julia Terekhov (400 m), Catherine Gorbunov (5000), women’s 4x100m relay, Sergey Wise (high jump), Alexei Fedorov (triple jump), Nina Ohotnikova (20 km / x)
"Bronze": Men’s relay team (4x400m), Yuri Kovalev (triple jump), Dmitry Zhelyabin (pole vault), Dmitri Tarabin (javelin), Molodiashin (20 km / x).

One of the best results in the championship showed Darya Klishina. Being the main favorite in the long jump, she not only won, but also broke the 7-meter line — 7.05 m
