FGC has completed construction of 220 kV transmission line in the Tyumen region worth 1.6 billion rubles

Branch JSC "FGC UES" — Trunk Power Grids (MEA) of Siberia — has completed construction of 220 kV transmission line "Demyanskaya — The Snow" in the Tyumen region worth 1.6 billion rubles, the FGC.

"Entering a new line-up has increased the reliability of power supply of one of the largest sections of main oil and gas pipelines, as well as residents of the Uvat area of the Tyumen region" — said in a statement.

The project also envisages the construction of the expansion of the 220 kV "Snow", which provides, inter alia, energy consumers Uvatsk deposit and such enterprises as "TNK-BP", "Sibneft-Khantos" and "Transneft". At the substation was installed second autotransformer 125 MVA, bringing its capacity doubled.

FGC UES was established in 2002 as part of the power sector reform. In accordance with the concept of reform, under the control of the company are concentrated main power line. The authorized capital of FGC is divided into 1,153 ordinary shares of a trillion. After the reorganization of RAO UES of state owns 77.66% of the capital of FGC.
