Gazprom completes the construction of the platform Prirazlomnaja

In Murmansk, a group of specialists of JSC "Gazprom", headed by the Deputy Chairman of the Board Alexander Ananenkov visited the shipyard branch of "CA Star" for inspection MISP "Prirazlomnaja."

MISP "Prirazlomnaja" — the first offshore ice-resistant stationary platform, which is designed and built in Russia. The length and width of the platform is 126 meters, the weight of the platform (without ballast) — 117 thousand tons. 200-man crew can work on the platform throughout the year. The project Prirazlomnoye oil field in the Pechora Sea is a pilot project for the Russian Arctic shelf. MISP will provide all manufacturing operations at the field: drilling, production, oil storage, preparation and shipment of finished products.

At the meeting, it was noted that the construction of the platform is almost complete. Completed installation of the main and auxiliary generators, responsible for energy MISP, is their commissioning. Completed electrical work on the drilling equipment. There is a completion and verification of the elimination of emergency oil spill. Conducted commissioning of life support systems personnel. Fully prepared for the operation of the system of evacuation and fire safety.

There are plans to prepare for towing to the field.   Reference Prirazlomnoe oil field is located on the continental shelf of the Pechora Sea, 60 km from the coast. Oil reserves — 72 million tons, the highest level of production — more than 6 million tons of oil a year.
