December 2nd in the competition for the sale of shares of the Republic of Belarus Russian enterprise "Radio" has acquired 100% stake in the Gomel JSC "Design Office System Programming" (KBSP). The deal amounted to 12.2 billion rubles, reported to the State Property Committee of Belarus.
Under the terms of the competition, the new owner must, within six months to make the statutory fund of the Gomel 500,000 dollars, and for five years should increase annually by at least 15% of the volume of the Gomel enterprise, to create at least 40 new jobs and retain profile of the design office.
The main activity of KBSP at present (up to 90% of the volume of work) is the development and export of the country and abroad system and application software, and radar information means special purpose systems, said the offer to investors. In 2010, revenues amounted to KBSP 11.6 billion Belarusian rubles, profit — 609 million rubles. The Gomel company employs 220 people.
"Radio" is specialized in the design of antennas for radar, communications systems, energy transfer and other applications. The company holds a leading position in this market. The main shareholder of "Radio" is the Russian State Concern PVO "Almaz-Antey", Chairman of the Board of Directors which means the deputy head of the Presidential Administration Alexander runaways.
