In Cherepovets today there is a great shortage of electricity, it is as fetters on the feet of the city. But this same fact and said that the city’s economy develops, grows its industry. It is also important that the reconstruction of the substation will create many new jobs. "

Now the "Spark" will be able to provide a reliable power supply and the development of a housing estate district of the northern city of Cherepovets, companies operating here, as well as social infrastructure — hospitals, schools, boiler room. In the future, more power substation will be connected to the power supply and other facilities district.
"The substation is built on the latest technologies, and, most of the equipment produced in Russia. This facility will develop further in Cherepovets"- Said General Director of JSC" IDGC North-West "Alexander Kukhmay.
