In Dagestan, open energy college

In September, the opening of the first Kaspiysk in Dagestan Energy College.

Energy College welcomed its first students to study at the most popular energy specialties: relay protection and automation of power systems, power supply and power stations, networks and systems. In the next 5 years will be prepared more than 750 highly qualified specialists. This year, with 150 seats in the college claimed more than 300 entrants.

College opened within Long-term program of development of energy sector in Dagestan, developed by JSC "FGC UES" on behalf of the Government of the Russian Federation, and in June of this year JSC "FGC UES" and the Republic of Dagestan have signed an agreement on cooperation in the field of vocational education.

On the territory of the Republic of Dagestan in the investment program of OAO "UES FGC" 2016 is planned to put into operation nine new power: 3 substations and 6 lines. In the end, transformer capacity in the region will increase by 525 MVA, and the length of transmission lines to 844 km.

Just North Caucasus Federal District until 2016 JSC "FGC UES" to build, upgrade and remodel 29 large main network facilities, including 13 substations and 16 transmission lines, as well as to put into operation 1,720 km of new high-voltage transmission lines and 3,070 MVA of transformer capacity .
