AboutSequence of the project has developed and transferred to the customer of "RTSPKB" Stapel ": self-propelled floating pontoon for manufacturing operations. The pontoon is designed for dredging at depths up to 50 meters in ambient temperatures from 0? C to +40? C in the waters of the category of "P" on the classification of the PPP, inclusive, and is a carrier for the controls and energy complex underwater dredging.

The vessel is a collapsible design that allows for its delivery to the work site of the individual modules (central and lateral flow pontoons with foundations for equipment, control cabin; konteynizirovannoe equipment, etc.) and then be installed in the area of operations.

To retain and install the pontoon on the job site are the four electric winches Spud LP-2. To hold and pull on the anchor point has four Hall weighing 250 kg each.

Movement of the pontoon is provided with two propeller-rudder system installed in the rear part.

To provide electricity to the process equipment and underwater dredging of the complex on the deck of the pontoon has two hydroelectric capacity of 500 kW each.

The main source of energy used diesel generator with a capacity of 50kW generator.

As the lifting device in the nose of the central block LB pontoon mounted crane MI 77 firm JSC "INMAN" maximum load capacity of 3000 kg.

On the pontoon provided a drainage system, natural ventilation system, emergency warning system, a necessary supply, signaling, life-saving equipment, radio communication.

The crew of the pontoon — 2 people, working on a rotational method, duration watch 8:00. The general location of the pontoon, layout of machinery and equipment, working and living conditions meet the requirements of safety and health.

Classification project is executed in accordance with the Rules of the Russian River Register, Volume 1,2 and 3 g izd.2008, construction requirements for inland water transport and marine equipment, ed. 2003 and meets all fire safety requirements for inland water transport of the Russian Federation, ed. 2002, as well as the requirements of the Technical Regulations "On the safety of inland water transport facilities."
