In St. Petersburg, life expectancy increased to 70.3 years

Vice-Governor of St. Petersburg, Olga Kazan told the deputies that the average life expectancy in the northern capital reached 70.3 years.

SWand the last 10 years, on average, men are living longer on 5.5 years, and life expectancy of a strong half of humanity has reached 66.2 years. The women began to live three years longer, reaching into strips 76.1 years.

Also in St. Petersburg for the last 3 years has increased the level of fertility. It increased from 11 to 12.4 per 1,000 people. The mortality rate has decreased from 13 to 12.4 per person. Vice-Governor said that the northern capital has reached a zero rate, and the birth rate has not yet reached the level where there is a replacement of generations.
