In the Chelyabinsk region launched a new electric substation

In Kunashaksky region (Chelyabinsk region) was launched a new 110 kV substation that will provide electricity not only to area businesses "Healthy farm", but also socially important objects of the two villages and the railway station Muslumovo. 

The new substation 110 kV "Uralbroiler" I will give a powerful impetus to the energy security of not only the main consumer — company "Healthy farm" — but the entire municipal area.

"Substation" Uralbroiler "built as part of the investment program of OJSC" IDGC of Urals "- Chelyabenergo. Construction was carried out within six months. The total investment amounted to 242 million rubles.

New power substation is open 110/10 kV Substation with two power transformers with total capacity of 32 MVA. Power supply is provided with loop setting of 110 kV overhead transmission line.

During the construction and installation of used modern and economical domestic equipment — 110 kV high-voltage bushings with solid insulation; 110 kV circuit breakers with motor drives, controlled by both the remote and manual modes. Outdoor switchgear 110 kV gas-insulated tank-mounted switches with built-in current transformers, digital devices of relay protection (relay protection and automation). All equipment has been a complete set of tests for compliance with Russian standards.

 Substation 110 kV "Uralbroiler" will significantly increase the reliability and quality of power supply area and to continue the development of infrastructure, as well as satisfy future power load of the complex under construction agro objects Kunashak district.

"Over the past few years, experts Chelyabenergo introduced five new substations and remodeled seven existing in Chelyabinsk, Troitsk, Yuzhnouralsk and Kusa", — said the director of the branch of JSC "MRSC of Urals" — Igor Chelyabenergo Butakov.

The plans for the future — expanding the substation "Cossack" for connection to a newly constructed large logistics center, reconstruction of substations with capacity expansion in Nagaybakskom area.
