January 25, the Ministry of Economic Development has approved the creation of the 6th Special Economic Zone (SEZ) in Russia. In the Kaluga region (city Lyudinovo and Lyudinovskiy district) will produce building materials and auto parts.
Claimed investments from residents — 33 billion rubles. The federal budget is ready to give a platform for the development of 6,000,000,000 rubles.
The new SEZ will create at least 3 million jobs. In the Kaluga region creating automotive cluster affected the growth of the average wage by 16%.
It is planned that the SEZ will focus on recycling. "A lot of dead trees — the wind blows, they fall — said the governor of the Kaluga region. — If you do not recycle — ecological disaster." According to him, part of the wood-processing industries are already under construction.
