In the Novosibirsk region to build a second plant in Russia for production of polyethylene pipes.
Governor Vasily Yurchenko discussed the details of the investment project initiator — the general director of CJSC "Tehstroi" Alexei Alexeyev.
ZAO "Tehstroi" more than 10 years of experience in polymer materials and specializes in the production of polyethylene pipes for water and gas supply and sewage systems, as well as fittings for the construction of polyethylene pipes. During a meeting with the head of the region agreed on the construction of a second plant in the Russian Federation for the production of polyethylene pipes in the Novosibirsk region.
"Novosibirsk — an interesting and promising area, so we decided to go to the territory of the region with a new project and investment," — said Alexey Alexeev.
The plant, to be built in the industrial and logistics park will initially designed for 100-150 jobs, the press service of the governor and government of the region. It will be organized by the production of plastic plates, sheets, tubes and profiles. The new facility will be equipped with high-tech German equipment, its construction is expected to begin in 2012. Investment in the first phase of the project, according to preliminary estimates, will amount to 400-500 million rubles.
During the meeting, Governor Vasily Yurchenko told about the investment climate in the region and stressed: "The main task today — to increase economies of scale. For each investor we have an individual approach. If the proposed investment projects going in the same direction with the development of the region, we support such projects. In our investment legislation provides a wide range of measures of state support of investment projects — from grants to tax credits. This year, adopted a regional law on public-private partnership, which is also aimed at ensuring the economic growth of the Novosibirsk region. "
