Saving of resources consumed in these homes 40-50%, thus reducing the payments of tenants for utilities by 30-40%.
The lucky holders of certificates of eligibility for energy-efficient apartments in the house were 12 families. Housing certificates to the families of Svetlinsky area resettled on the social program of old and dilapidated housing, presented the Governor Yury Berg and president of the Foundation «Baring Vostok», twice Hero of the Soviet Union, pilot-cosmonaut Alexei Leonov.
