The Federal Tax Service with the help of electronic technology is going to significantly simplify the relationship between fiscal authorities and citizens.
First used in Ufa modern standards of service will soon spread all over Russia. This assured the head of the Federal Tax Service Mikhail Mishustin and Deputy Finance Minister Tatyana Nesterenko, who visited the capital of Bashkortostan at the opening of the pilot operating room in one of the inter-district tax offices of the republic.
— With the help of electronic technology so we could formalize the relationship between state and citizen that about any fraud or malfunction to the information provided can not be out of the question, — said the head of the Federal Tax Service Mikhail Mishustin. — We have reached a level and European standards, and the so-called Singapore model.
Opening of the operating room in 39 minutes inspectorate on Bashkiria was the result of long work of officers on building a modern algorithm works. Now, barely crossed the threshold of the tax inspection, the visitor turns out to be "programmed" to perform a well-defined sequence.
According to Michael Mishustina, the main task of fiscal services, as paradoxical as it sounds — as far away from direct contact with a specific person. And this problem is solved in stages for several years.
Some elements of the new system came with the tax office a little earlier. For example, it is now more than two million people in Russia use the FTS personal electronic classrooms. Another thing is that now formed the logical culmination of a chain of interactions with individuals from the first step to the last. Following Ufa, by the way, the new offices will be in Nizhny Novgorod and Dubna near Moscow, and later in other cities of Russia.
But as legal entities, work with them on the new format still being tested in Ufa. After 3-4 months of such private offices for them to appear in several regions of the country.
Launched in Ufa testing of new technologies is important not only because it failed to link a single digital and organizational unit specific set of services.
— We are seriously thinking about the concept of governance in the country as a whole, — said Deputy Finance Minister Tatyana Nesterenko. — One of the strategic goals: to create comfortable, not burdensome for the taxpayer services, allowing the state to perform its functions. But then we can more closely to demand and from citizens and legal persons performing their duties.
At the opening of the operating theater emphasized that all the further modernization of the tax services do not require much cost and completely fits into the budget of the Federal Tax Service. After all, the main role is played by organizational solutions and integrated use of technology already developed earlier.
