Head of the Federal Agency for Technical Regulation G.I.Elkin signed the act of acceptance of the instrumental and methodological complex measurement assurance and conformity assessment of products of nanotechnologies and nano.
Center for measurement assurance and conformity assessment of products and technologies of nanotechnology VNIIOFI created under the Federal Program "Development of nano-industry infrastructure in the Russian Federation in 2008-2011." At its creation allocated from the federal budget of 177.5 million rubles and 20.4 million rubles extra-budgetary funds.
Started the production and sale of standard samples diameter gold nanospheres in a liquid medium (GEO-9629-2010 — set ZN). Reference standards were developed by the Federal Target Program "Development of the infrastructure of nanotechnology in Russia."
The set includes colloidal suspension of gold nanoparticles with a diameter of 10, 30 and 60 nm. Samples intended for testing and verification of measurements mining techniques measurement of nanoparticles, including samples of biological origin.
New methods of measuring accomplishments in medicine
Developed four new techniques for performing measurements in medicine:
— The reference method of measurement of the molar concentration of lithium in blood serum by atomic absorption spectrometry with flame atomization (FAAS).
— The reference method of measurement of magnesium in the blood serum.
— The reference method of measurement of the molar concentration of calcium in the blood plasma by atomic absorption spectrometry with flame atomization.
— The reference method of measurement of the molar concentration of magnesium in the blood plasma by atomic absorption spectrometry with flame atomization.
Modernization of automated interference microprofilometer (PAM)
Division VNIIOFI have modernized automated interference microprofilometer (PAM).
Microprofilometer designed for non-automated measurement of micro-relief surface of reflecting objects, the thickness of thin films, as well as high-rise and stepper roughness.
