Kaluga Turbine Plant manufactured and tested a steam turbine for power plants in Sovetskaya Gavan

OAO "Kaluga Turbine Plant" OJSC ("GTC"), part of the company "Power Machines", manufactured and successfully tested the first steam turbine capacity of 63 MW thermal power station under construction in Sovetskaya Gavan (Khabarovsk Territory).

The contract to supply power equipment for thermal power station in Sovetskaya Gavan JSC "KTZ" signed with the NPO "Elsib" in 2011. By its terms, Kaluga plant will design, manufacture, supply, will hold a supervision and commissioning of two steam turbines T-63-13 / 0.25 capacity of 63 MW each.

Turbine T-63-13 — a new project for "GTC".

Machines for the CHP in Sovetskaya Gavan will be basic in the series, they will be made to replace such a power turbine and worn out at the stations. The new turbine — a more modern, meets today’s requirements in all respects.

The equipment will operate under construction thermal power station in Sovetskaya Gavan. The station is constructed to provide electricity to the developing Vanino-Sovetskaya Gavan transport hub, the thermal energy — Sovetskaya Gavan.
