KAMAZ is the highest among the enterprises of the Russian car industry indicator for the level of satisfaction with the quality — 7.25 on a scale of 10, and in the total index of satisfaction KamAZ surpassed even foreign cars, announced today, November 11 (World Quality Day), its Department of Public Relations .
During the first 9 months of the year, KAMAZ has made significant progress in improving the quality of products compared with the year 2009, the department said. The number of claims for products of own production KamAZ declined 48.3% on accessories — by 38.3%. Loss of marriage decreased by 37.4%. The number of defects per 1 tested KamAZ, based on the results of the inspection control, decreased by 18.3%.
